Delete Your Account

You can delete your Olakh account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Olakh app.
Tap the Settings icon (the gear).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deactivated and you’re signed out immediately, and all your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@olakh.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes all data associated with your account, including:

Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in identities).
Your breach-monitoring records and scan results.
Your scam-analysis history and any messages you submitted.
Any connected-service tokens.

Your account is deactivated the moment you confirm, and all associated data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation. Some records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, minimal transaction records); these are never used for any other purpose.
