These are the terms of your relationship with Olakh. We’ve kept them short and readable because nobody ever read the long ones anyway.
Using Olakh
You need to be at least 16 years old to use Olakh. You agree to use the service for its intended purpose — protecting your own privacy — and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, resell or disrupt it.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for the activity that happens under them. If you suspect your account is compromised, email us immediately at support@olakh.app.
What Olakh is
Olakh is a privacy companion that helps you understand and manage your digital footprint. It is not a substitute for professional legal, security or financial advice. We do our absolute best — but we can’t guarantee we’ll catch every breach on the day it happens.
Subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. You can cancel at any time; refunds follow the respective platform’s policy.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account if we believe it’s being used to harm others or the service. We’ll always try to give you notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that can’t be resolved by a friendly email will be handled by the courts of Amsterdam.
